Following his suggestions, she went at a slow pace. Motivated by her victory Ashley entered at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She was motivated to accept what she thought was her loss and continued to work out even more. Ashley returned to the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. When the event ended, Ashley made the decision to not to compete. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time competing, but didn't want to combine her career, however now that she quit competing she decided to go on to be a fitness model. Following her appearance on the front page of a well-known fitness magazine she was able to immediately start her fitness modeling career after signing with a modeling agency. Since then, she has become an established model that has been a part of numerous bikini companies and world-class clothing brands.
